Inmate Accounts
General population inmates may order items twice weekly from the commissary with money deposited into their inmate account. This includes various hygiene products, clothing items, writing materials and snacks. Inmates housed in the maximum-security areas of the Detention Center only have access to hygiene products and writing materials through the commissary.
These orders are processed Monday and Thursday mornings and delivered to the inmates on Tuesday and Friday mornings.

The Detention Center also has a Kiosk located in the main lobby for depositing funds that charges a $3.00 service fee.
The Detention Center accepts US Postal Service money orders, IRS checks sent through US mail using the following address—
