A Retriever, Labrador with mix
Meet Daisy! Daisy has been in and out of the shelter since 2022. She's been adopted twice and she hasn't quite found the right family that fits her yet but third times a charm!
She is good on a leash and loves to go walking and to play with other dogs. This dog is very sweet and timid and she is housetrained. She does get intimidated by new people and it may take a few days for her to become used to you and your home. Since at the shelter we have learned she loves water and loves to run around in our meet and greet area having the zoomies.
It is not known at this time if she is good with cats. She is protective of her space and her kennel and is a tad barrier reactive. With the proper training and socialization Daisy could make a great family dog with older children or a great protection dog for someone who lives alone. We do not recommend smaller children.
She is current on her vaccines, microchipped, spayed and heartworm negative. She is on a special diet of wet food only at this time.
