General Job Description
Under general supervision, the Addressing Supervisor verifies and assigns addresses within the unincorporated areas of Horry County along with maintaining addressing records and files. Performs a variety of addressing functions including but not limited to training other staff members in addressing and communicating with the public, other municipalities and the USPS.

- • Assigns and verifies addresses within the unincorporated areas of Horry County
• Coordinates with IT/GIS to add and update addresses
• Provides excellent customer service
• Maintains addressing records and files
• Corresponds with other county departments, USPS and city municipalities
• Perform additional duties as required
- Position Minimum Requirements

- • Must have extensive experience with Addressing and all related processes.
• Proficient in using the GIS Application
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of computers or the ability to learn the use of computers including Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Familiarity with Horry County
