General Job Description
Functions as initial contact with customers both in person and by phone at the various Recreation Center locations. Answers the telephone; provides accurate information to callers and/or forwards calls to appropriate staff person. Performs a variety of customer service duties to ensure a pleasant experience at the facility. - Duties for this Position

- Collects money from program participants, gives receipts for payment and completes report according to Horry County cash handling guidelines.
- Assists with program events at the location as needed.
- Assists with administrative and clerical duties.
- Position Minimum Requirements

- Associate degree in Secretarial Science, or equivalent and one (1) year of general office/clerical experience or high school diploma and three (3) years of clerical/general office experience, or any equivalent combination of training, experience, knowledge and abilities. Must have experience with computer and office software packages. Must be able to pass required pre-employment physical and background check.
