Account Activity
The Register of Deeds understands that law firms may want to keep a recording account separate from a copy account. At this time we have no issues with having separate copy & recording accounts, however, we do not intend to create multiple copy accounts for the same office. Each escrow account has the ability to have multiple users utilizing the account at the same time. It will be the responsibility of the law firm/abstractor to ensure that the account has enough money to cover multiple users. You may request a copy of your escrow account activity at any time either by walking into the office, or sending a written request by mail. The fee associated with the request will be $1.00 per page. We have the ability to print this report for any date range that you specify.
