Victims Services

The Horry County Police Department's Victim Services Unit is here to support and assist victims and witnesses of crimes within the county. Our dedicated team of trained Victim Advocates, who are civilian employees, guide individuals through the initial stages of a case with compassion and professionalism. They provide valuable information about the investigative process, explain your rights under the Victim and Witness Bill of Rights, and connect you to important community resources. Victim Advocates are available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, and can be reached by calling (843) 915-8348 or emailing hcpdadvocates@horrycountysc.gov. We are here to help you navigate through this difficult time with care and respect.
